About Us
Mad Real Productions is based in Los Angeles. Writer/director, Madeleine Perez has always been a believer in stories and their power to connect, heal, inspire and entertain. Mad Real specializes in developing and producing content, currently in short form but looking to expand to include television and features. These films are a celebration and exploration of life with a focus on telling stories of people struggling to overcome challenges of life, whether that be growing up, the complications of the family dynamic or addictions.
Our past doesn't have to determine where we are going in life but it definitely does offer up an opportunity to use those experiences, the tragic and sweet alike as a fuel of hope to someone. That's the dream for Mad Real Productions, to give hope, to love on others through stories of truth, all those mad real things that stir up all of us.
